Shipping processing time :
After an order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out and for you to receive a tracking number
(Just a friendly reminder that weekends are not business days and you can always check the status of your order via our order tracking page)

Tracking Numbers will be sent via email within processing time stated above. All orders will be shipped with USPS. No international shipping available at the moment.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are received by USPS or DHL. If a package is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS and they are responsible to refund you for what was lost or stolen

Incorrect Address

If your order has not been shipped, send us an email shoptcs101@gmail.com and we can correct it for you.

Once an order has been shipped, you will have to contact USPS so they can correct it before it arrives.

Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to it and it is your responsibility to collect your order at the shipping address that was provided.
